1. Shipping Origin
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) warehouses located within the United States. We use Amazon's Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) service to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your GOOSURE products.
2. Shipping Coverage
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the continental United States. We do not currently support international shipping, or delivery to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, or Hawaii.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
4. Delivery Time Estimates
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping (if offered): 2-3 business days
Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and carrier volume.

6. Tracking and Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us.
7. Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or shows as delivered but cannot be found, please contact us at hellogoosure@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with Amazon FBA to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We reserve the right to update our shipping policy at any time to reflect changes in logistics, carrier partners, or business operations. The latest version will always be available on this page.
