We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
📦 Returns for Amazon or TikTok Orders
If you purchased your product through Amazon or TikTok Shop, please request a refund directly through the original platform. Follow these steps:

Items that are damaged due to misuse or opened without permission

🔄 Exchanges
To receive a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return is approved and refunded. This ensures faster processing.
💳 Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note it may take 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
